At Roger garage custom bikes we do all we can to meet your high expectations and make products you'll love.
For some reasons of health and hygiene safety, we are unable to exchange or refund socks and bicycle helmets. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any bespoke items or items ordered as special orders. Custom made not returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
2. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
3. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Not covered under this warranty are the following:-
- Incorrect assembly or in combination with other products that are not compatible.
- Insufficient maintenance, tampering, misuse and neglect.
- Items damaged as a result of the bicycle being involved in an accident or crash.
- Damage caused by vandalism or theft.
In the event the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
In the event the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
